Craniosacral therapy is a gentle myofascial release that works to balance the system and help reduce chronic pain in conjunction with other therapeutic treatments. utilizing the body's rhythm to restore function.

Private Yoga sessions can be 1 hour to 1.5 hours long depending on your wants and needs. All of our Yoga instructors can help guide you through a class tailored to your body and your needs.
